Most heating firms stop at the boiler. We carry on through the plant room, the cooling and the consumer unit.
CPME Services was set up around a single idea: an installation firm that takes on gas, LPG, oil, biomass, renewables, air conditioning, plumbing and mechanical work itself, instead of sub-contracting half of it out and hoping the pieces meet in the middle.
In practice that means one firm, one number and one set of paperwork for jobs that would normally need three. A boiler swap where the flue needs a new circuit. An air-conditioning install that wants a fused spur and a condensate run. A plant room where the pipework, the controls and the power all have to land in the same week. We work for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients alike.

Tell us what you've got
Call, WhatsApp or email and describe the property, the fuel and the fault or the plan. Photographs of the boiler, the tank, the unit or the board help enormously. For anything bigger than a service we come out and look before quoting.

A quote that covers the whole job
You get a written quote that includes the parts other firms leave out — the electrical work, the condensate, the making-good, the commissioning. Nothing starts until you've agreed it. 0% finance is available on installation work, subject to status.

Installed, commissioned, documented
We fit it, commission it, hand over the certificates and paperwork, and show you how to run it. Then you have one number to call if anything needs attention — whichever part of the system it is.

Based in Selsey, working in Chichester.

Fuel matters out this way: properties off the mains gas network run on LPG or oil instead, and we're set up for all three — natural gas, LPG and oil — plus the renewables that replace them.
